Solo/ Group Application

This application is for any solo performer or group that wishes to perform at Middletown Pride 2020. All acts will be considered, and those chosen will be reached out to.

Venue Application

This application is for LGBTQ+ Venues throughout the state to show off their OutReach and Charity Efforts of the Year. They will fill out this simple application and the venue chosen will be reached out to. The Venue will get a write up on the Entertainment Section of Pride 2020, a post about their work and venue in social media marketing, as well as the chance to have one of their reoccurring Stage Shows to be given a time block to host their own segment of the Middletown Pride 2020 Stage Show.
